With my energy and experience, I accompany you through change processes and support you in developing strategies on how to deal well with yourself and your challenges.
 
Mental Wellness Training is based on the scientific foundation of Positive Psychology. This is the science of what
what makes life worth living and how we can create such a life.

Together we define your personal well-being goal and the steps you need to integrate the change for your best life into your everyday life.
In these processes you will find the strength you need to create a fulfilling life. We will find your way!
Who I am here for.
I offer my support explicitly to everyone . The willingness to bring change into your life is all you need.

I'm happy to embark on the journey with you if you are neurodivergent, queer, live alternative relationship concepts, are unemployed or looking for work - if all or none of this applies to you.

I have personal experience in many areas and am happy to share my learnings with you.
In order to keep access to my support open to as many people as possible, I offer a solidarity-based price structure. You pay what you can give at the moment and with your contribution you support others who can give less at the moment.
